ITINERARY:

• Frequency: Every day.
• Hike Km. 104 – Machupicchu: 12 Km / 7.5 miles.
• Maximum Altitude: 2700 m.a.s.l./12834 ft.
• Weather: Hot

Day 01: Cusco – Ollantaytambo – Km. 104 – Machupicchu – Aguas Calientes.

– Pick up: 04:30 a.m.
– Transportation: Cusco – Ollantaytambo (1 hour and 30 minutes).
– Train: Ollantaytambo – km. 104.
– Hike: Chachabamba – Wiñaywayna (2 hours and a half. Lunch)
– Wiñaywayna –Intipunku (Gate of the Sun),
– Intipunku – Aguas Calientes: Dinner and lodging.

Day 02: Orchids of San Pedro Lodge – Cloud Forest – Erika Lodge.

– Breakfast.
– Aguas Calientes – Machupicchu: Consettur Bus (30 minutes).
– Guided tour: 2 hours.
– Descent Machupicchu – Aguas Calientes – Train station.
– Return to Cuzco..
